- Returns are not allowed once the customer has received the product. Only exchanges are allowed, and no refunds will be given.
- Special Orders will have their own specific terms and conditions, which were presented to the customer at the time of purchase.
- If the merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect covered by the warranty, the seller will repair or replace the product as they see fit.
- Damage caused by the customer's handling, transportation, or use will not be covered by the seller. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product fits in the desired room.
- If the product needs to be returned, the customer will be responsible for any transportation or delivery charges.
- We are unable to provide specific delivery times but courier will contact you before delivering your order which will be delivered with 5-9 working days after confirmation of your order.
- Check that the delivery address, phone number, and directions on the checkout are accurate.
